So lovely that you want to help your dog navigate better. We had the same problem with a Scottie when she got older. Our house was mostly tile and vinyl floors so my solution was to lay rubber backed throw rugs in the main areas where she walked and that helped her a lot.

I'm so glad this helped your sweet dog. It's hard when our pets get old. They can't tell us what hurts and what's not working with their bodies so we humans have to do the best we can to figure it out. Good luck and give her a belly rub for me...........

Okay, so, this was a good attempt. Do it again but use stretchy fabric that stretches horizontally and use elastic bands and velcro. Make sure to tighten it firm just above the widest part of the dogs wrist. Toes all the way in the front so that everything is snug.
Why don't u put non slip rugs down all over your house for her? She is not "getting slippery",she has arthritis in her hips and legs and needs glucosamine, condroiton, and MSM! Do u give her these supplements?? If not, plz start ASAP!!
How about the guy making the dog boots out of a motorcycle inner tube and tape. That looks really good except you don't show you how to close in the bottom of the things
Nothing wrong with her feet. She was just a 15 year old dog. They’re getting a bit weak on the legs at that age. Trust me I did everything to give my dog a good life. This video was just more a joke
She has advanced arthritis and is probably in a deal of pain. Has a vet seen her walking? She must hurt to have such poor stability nowadays :( I don't doubt you have given her a great life but I think she is suffering so I hope she has been seen by a vet who can advise you because her lack of stability has nothing to do with the floors being slippery. Lovely dog and you're so nice to make her socks to try and help her. I just think she needs more than shoes.

glue dots on the sole of a small sock but i also had to soffen it more so i used a knife heated over the kitchen stove, it works

You just have to train from puppy with treats. Leave them on a minute them slowly increase the time you leave them on.

You could close the rubber up using an awl to poke holes and hand stitch like you would leather. 🇨🇦
put dots of hot glue on the bottom of the boot to not make it slipery that works for my dog 🐶
