Yes, blind farmers are rare. My late husband's uncle was a blind Dairy farmer. He knew each one of his milking cows by touch and demeanor. He was an amazing farmer.
It's truly amazing to witness the harsh yet magical winter in Canada through Dr. Oakley's eyes! The moments of caring for wildlife amidst the icy wilderness are not only inspiring but also showcase admirable love and dedication. Thank you, Nat Geo, for bringing us such a beautiful and meaningful film! ❄🐾
Well who ever decided to put the corral next to a cliff??? Even domestic tame horses would blow right past that little gap in the glen As for the comment that they are multiplying like crazy was wrong There was only one surviving colt in that group of horses It is only a slim chance it will survive the winter Seems it would be a heck of a lot cheaper to fence off the Hwy
Maybe they could lure the horses with alfalfa in the corral 🤔. That gate opening is way too small. Plus the horses could probably smell the men nearby. 🐎

Winter weather won't get in the way of Dr. Oakley treating her patients!
@@NatGeoAnimals That's right! No matter how harsh the weather gets, Dr. Oakley's dedication and determination are truly admirable.
So good to see Dr. Oakley and the American Bald Eagle Foundation.
Hi there
I can't believe they thought the horses would go through that narrow opening.
