Matias is the best teacher! The past 4 years I really dove deep into spirituality but I felt I was in a cloud that I couldn’t really grasp the concepts. But listening to Matias made me realize what it all meant and it makes it more realistic because he’s about biology. For example I like teal swan but the way she talks and explains things is still very abstract and not always relatable but Matias makes it really easy
I could listen to Matias all day. The validation he provides resonates so deeply. Sometimes it brings tears bc I get so emotional to hear someone say these things as I understand them. It was so helpful to hear Matias talk about one of two ways to experience the void - as realizing you are one with that vastness and can experience being one with everything and realizing you are free to be anything, vs. the feeling of vast loneliness. I also took a hero's dose of psilocybin and it was life changing. But during the experience I went into this state of dissolving into absolute limitless energy - a vast empty void that was all-encompassing and went on for ever and I experienced the most intense feeling of loneliness ever. It was indescribable how vast, yet how incredibly and acutely lonely it felt, just being pure energy. I felt like I was all alone in existence - just one being and it generated such a feeling of sadness. I will go into the experience next time with a different mindset and understanding. I experienced the void, in a vision, at 8 yrs old, in the back seat of my parent's vehicle while I was wondering what it was like for Creator before there was anything. It was very lonely but not in a bad way...just vast blackness. I had dreams and visions till I was 24 and then I got caught up in the outside world taking care of my sick husband and little ones. I stayed there for 40 years and lost my gifts. I am now looking inside for my dreams again. I have followed Matias since his Gaia Show...he talks to my soul whether I get it or not...lol. I agree that by setting an intention, you will have a whole new experience...Good luck to you. :)
Such an amazing interview! ❤Matias is the no 1 most interesting "teacher" to listen to! In the end they talk about the importance of laughter, but what if I most of the time feel sadness and dissapointment over so many things in life both in the past and in the present (long term health issues for example) and cannot "force myself" to laugther of to feel happy nor "the frequensy of love and gratitude"?😔 What shall I do then? Still try to find something to laugh about? still smile? Although it doesn't feel 100% authentic?
I would suggest to start Joe Dispenza meditations. There are so many on YT. Find the one that resonates with you. I did different meditation practice for years, until I found the ONE. Blessings of the energy centers meditation is 42 min. of pure bliss. It's the next level and blowing my heart and mind.
Would love to hear more about how we can create better realities for ourselves today. I listen to many others on how to do this but would like to get his information on the proper way utilizing the proper laws!

I used to be all balled up in a knot about fixing the other people, make em stop being bad…but eventually I realized what it must be like to be infinite and limitless and why limits create new things, because it causes new combinations…Danica you seem to desire do it right, that there is a right or a wrong even though Matias just explained how trying to do right caused a lot of wrong.. I think explanations always end up in the same place, bad is required, dark is required, contrast, duality… bad experiences lead to good ones… always! We forget, but it’s so true! It was so helpful to hear Matias talk about one of two ways to experience the void - as realizing you are one with that vastness and can experience being one with everything and realizing you are free to be anything, vs. the feeling of vast loneliness. I also took a hero's dose of psilocybin and it was life changing. But during the experience I went into this state of dissolving into absolute limitless energy - a vast empty void that was all-encompassing and went on for ever and I experienced the most intense feeling of loneliness ever. It was indescribable how vast, yet how incredibly and acutely lonely it felt, just being pure energy. I felt like I was all alone in existence - just one being and it generated such a feeling of sadness. I will go into the experience next time with a different mindset and understanding. I'm curious... has anyone else experienced this? Thank you so much Danica and Matias ❤

Its emotions etc in different body parts, has different blockages to get rid of.❤
I experienced the void, in a vision, at 8 yrs old, in the back seat of my parent's vehicle while I was wondering what it was like for Creator before there was anything. It was very lonely but not in a bad way...just vast blackness. I had dreams and visions till I was 24 and then I got caught up in the outside world taking care of my sick husband and little ones. I stayed there for 40 years and lost my gifts. I am now looking inside for my dreams again. I have followed Matias since his Gaia Show...he talks to my soul whether I get it or not...lol. I agree that by setting an intention, you will have a whole new experience...Good luck to you. :)
Such an amazing interview! ❤Matias is the no 1 most interesting "teacher" to listen to! In the end they talk about the importance of laughter, but what if I most of the time feel sadness and dissapointment over so many things in life both in the past and in the present (long term health issues for example) and cannot "force myself" to laugther of to feel happy nor "the frequensy of love and gratitude"?😔 What shall I do then? Still try to find something to laugh about? still smile? Although it doesn't feel 100% authentic?
I would suggest to start Joe Dispenza meditations. There are so many on YT. Find the one that resonates with you. I did different meditation practice for years, until I found the ONE. Blessings of the energy centers meditation is 42 min. of pure bliss. It's the next level and blowing my heart and mind.

I get it! I used to be all balled up in a knot about fixing the other people, make em stop being bad…but eventually I realized what it must be like to be infinite and limitless and why limits create new things, because it causes new combinations…Danica you seem to desire do it right, that there is a right or a wrong even though Matias just explained how trying to do right caused a lot of wrong.. I think explanations always end up in the same place, bad is required, dark is required, contrast, duality… bad experiences lead to good ones… always! We forget, but it’s so true! Everything is connected and effecting each other.. the yin and yang of it all..incredible beautiful. Everything has an opposite, it’s all needed to be..so we can be… incredible!
