In my opinion, everyone execpt the musitions are responsible. See how uneven the windows are... :) and everything was build too fast also. I agree with the rest.
He's Donyo Donev, not Dinyo Donev... That's why I couldn't find the movie with a normal search and was thinking about uploading it myself... Please fix the name and even include it in the keywords. As for the responsibility - actually this movie is related to communism - there's always this bad quality of production and there are never rational reasons behind the bad quality to blame.
