It looks like the shuriken hand is also a "knocking hand" to balance the arrow head on when it grips the bow.

This is a pretty decent figure, I'd say as good (or even a bit better; in some aspects, not overall, though) as the Classified Storm Shadow.
Fear is a Great Motivator
It's a scuba dive mask ! I can't remember which episode he wore it in but he did use it in a episode where he was underwater.

Does premium decoration mean they painted it white ?
If you blow dry the quiver, you can get three arrows in their. the gas mask is from the same episode Excalibur.

it was just the read up of the character from the online description, i would say a bit questionable on the highly articulated end
His mask is the scuba diving mask used in the excalibur episodes. So thematically it works for the accessories. 🤿 🗡
