It feels like they are throwing ideas around randomly for how to proceed and multiple different methods are getting implemented arbitrarily for random heroes. Some make it to the link summon, some get forgotten for a while, some get snuck in at 0.33%. There's no consistency.

Would think that heroes who are like massively broken is thrown into the .33% mix but then again Dkrom was there so it makes no sense what heroes goes into the .33% mix

All stacking buffs in the game don't expire until a wave is defeated. The way it's worded sounds like it's just a normal buff that goes away after two turns. So either it's accurate and it stacks for the wave but also goes away after two turns or it's saying two different things that we have examples of at once and we don't know which one is correct. In all likelihood it's wave based and they didn't update the old text.

@@nyrisgaming It sounds like it's both judging from the text. I'm pretty sure it's a buff that stacks during a wave, and both the stacks and the buff expires after defeating a wave of enemies. They're not mutually exclusive things.
