John Farrar was a guitarist and songwriter, he was at one time a member of the greatest instrumental group of all time The Shadows. He wrote some of the songs from the musical Grease Hopelessly Devoted To You and You're The One That I Want
Hi 👋 The movie Caberet is very good. It came out in 1972. Liza Minelli starred in it. John Denver was popular , he had a string of hits in the 1970s. My mother liked him and saw him in concert here in New Zealand where i live in 1976. He tragically died in a plane crash in the 1990s. Some good old records there.
ABC/Dunhill made a ton. I'm lucky to have a store with the old stuff. It's hit and miss, but only $3/1.00. Used wood scraps built my last shelf and it was free.
Hi Records was a great R&B label that played a major role in the development of soul and R&B music in the 1960s and 1970s. Hi Records signed many notable artists, including Al Green, Ann Peebles, Willie Mitchell, and Otis Clay.
@@JohnBillante I always think the album covers are works of art. I try and get sleeves for every album I get to preserve them hopefully someday I have a huge collection bigger than mine now
I just got the original soundtrack to Cabaret too! Although I’d recommend trying to understand the plot first, as it’s a extremely dark musical that somewhat acts a anti-fascist protest musical
@@CountryBoyDanVlogs great film, the movie and the actual stage show are quite different, I also own the original broadway cast, so always love to see people find such a good show

Disney never misses out when it comes into cashing in for Christmas
More frisbees than a disc golf convention.

I sense you have an open mind and that makes for good record collecting.
I go to used record stores & spend countless hours just looking at album covers & 45s. I am a nut to know what the B-side of a song is. Call me crazy!
You may want 2 peep that box more before you buy.

@@GroovySuperHell Il have to watch it when I get a chance. The record itself played perfectly on both sides so that’s great. Thanks for watching
