In God's eyes, there is no divorce or annulment, nor is there any so-called legal separation. Jesus made it clear that what God has joined together cannot be separated by the government, any congressman, senator, politician, minister, the spouses themselves, any family member from either side or anyone. Marriage is a covenant with God, a vow made before Him. When two people marry, the Lord is with them. He established marriage and is its author. Divorce for this time and season of our generation is not for the future generations but for those of the past.. many are suffering and this law will be able to save, fix and prevent the suffering from the people in this country... Note we the Philippines are the only one who doesn't have this law enforced... And take note we aint the only christian country out there... Not all marriages are done in church. If people wanna stay in unhappy, abusive marriages because they vowed before your god that they’d stay together until death, then let them. But separation of church and state! People should have the option to leave an unhappy marriage. Use your brain please.
