Very aware of that hidden agenda. Especially people's needs. I loose myself completely in becoming that need-filling role. Sometimes it be the listening ear, sometimes people need me to share so they can feel connected. I don't even realise it always, but now I just dissociate to have myself, I can't talk at some point, feeling consumed. Also trust issues. Also be able to be ok with many, tell them my whole life, but don't mean I feel connected, don't mean I feel seen and less lonely

Yeaaaa my dad emotional abused me and my mom and I was Turing into my dad he did and said bad things im the oldest sibling on my mom side but I was slowing Turing into my dad he would get mad at me for the smallest things and he would abuse my mom and I got all my toxic habits from him and I would always be mean to my family really my brother and lil sister and they would be scared but I’m 15 and I’m getting close with them I’m changing my ways and Trying to be a better person :)
