holy shit, I'm really feelin the on the PS2 only. I mean it has a more orchestral feeling to it and for some reason I really like that sort of stuff when it comes to SRW OST. It's good if used in the right places too. I also quite enjoyed the EF ver. Well my top 3 versions on this vid are the PS2 second ver, EF ver, and OG2 ver. GBA. Those are my favorites from this vid.
Funny how the A (GBA) version sounds better than the OG2 (GBA) one... one of the few times Banpresto failed in making the remix better. XD I think A (GBA) is my favorite, followed by OGs and then the orchestral OGs.
I still don't like the orchestral version from OGs anywhere near as much as the original; it's just too slow. I am glad you can change the stage BMG (or some equivalent) to the original for the A finale.

I feel the same way with Chaos, the OGGs version of it is good but a little too slow pace compared to the gba versions of the track.
