- This is just a video I wanted to make to convey that not everything the media says about Matty is accurate. He is also a good guy who carries his heart on his sleeve and is compassionate to others.

Matty Healy is the perfect example of a human. He is flawed and he has made mistakes, but he is also compassionate, he cares, he stands up for his beliefs and he learns from his mistakes. If he were a TV character, he'd be loved as a flawed hero, but because he is real, he isn't always given respect.

I wish that people would actually review the "receipts" on the things they rampantly accuse him of online. Choosing to be vocal on controversial issues means choosing to accept the consequences, which is more than I can say for most people performing virtue. I kind of hope that all of the attention from TTPD makes people look more closely at his record and see that he isn't what they thought.
