💯We bought one of these and had a tough time finding a video that showed its use. So we made this video as a how-to/DIY/review type video. We think this mini washing machine is a great value. We put the link for it below in case you wanted to know where to find them.
👉There are two inlet hoses that come with the unit. They are not shown being used in our video only because they don't fit snugly to my water faucets.
(🔧There ARE adapters or different hoses but they would have to be purchased separately.🔧)
👉As for their purpose, though, one of the two hoses you get is for the inlet hole you see on top of the washing machine. It can be attached to either inlet hole. Whichever makes connection easiest in your specific setup.
💦This would run from faucet/water supply to the inlet hole allowing water to fill the wash tub without much effort
💪 (We have to use a bucket to fill ours, without that inlet hose, but it is still easy)
📢So, the extra hose, COULD be used as just a spare for, either your drain hose or your inlet hose.
👌BUT, if you have a setup that allows for both 💦💦 water inlet hoses to be hooked up at once, you COULD do that too (to fill/rinse faster and/or have both hot/cold water hooked up separately)
👆👉This way of setting it up would take a little more time/effort though, so if you prefer, you could just set the extra hose aside as a spare until you need it and adjust the water temp/level yourself, using one hose or no hose (bucket method). Whatever is best/easiest for you.

Absolutely 🚿 It is best to do a rinse cycle after the wash cycle so that all the soap 🧼 gets rinsed out properly. ❓Hmmm...we hear you👂That is a great question!
👉As far as we are aware, there isn't really a filter, but if you were to unscrew the phillips type screws found inside the 💧wash tub side/where all the small holes are seen, you are able to clear out hair and other debris 🚿 that gets caught in those drain holes while washing. 📣 If you have a clog of some sort, we recommend checking the drain hose locations next for clogging.

Hello, 👋 sorry for the delay. We had been camping 🌲⛺ for the holiday.🇺🇸 We saw that you are having problems with a "pulsator" in your washing🌀 machine. Our best guess is that it has to do with a clog that is preventing 🔁 proper movement, or possibly the 🔧motor or the wiring connected to the motor.
👉We recommend checking for a clog first. 👈
📢There are some small screws inside the basin that can be removed to check ⏬underneath for anything restricting the 🔄 movement.

So like are tide pods ok to use in this cuz me an my gf just bought one an she thinks they will break it
👉Hmm...🚫 We don't use them just because the clear plastic coating can clog up the little drain holes on the washer side 💦
💲If you have already bought them, you could break them open and squeeze the soap in maybe, but, we personally don't recommend using them whole. 📢 If you try it and it works, let us know though...We are interested 😉😁👍
📝As a side note: you don't need much soap for each load. Those pods are meant for a full load of laundry in a full size washing machine. 💲It might waste your money using the tide pods. 👉You could get a bottle of liquid detergent for around $10-$15 depending on where you live, and then just use a little of that each wash load 😳You will be surprised how long one bottle lasts.

Does this make it power bill go up?
💲🏠 We have used this little washer for months now and have only seen a slight (about $7) 🙈 increase to our electric bill. So how do you rinse the clothes as they just are sitting in the dirty soap water before you drain? Why a water inlet for both sides?
👍 Yes, you are able to drain the water after the wash cycle💧and then💦 rinse with as much clean water as you desire.
👉Leave it on drain while you do this and your rinse water will just drain out.
👉If you like, though, you can also run the 💧wash cycle again with clean water 💦and 🚫 no soap to be sure they are rinsed well.

➡ Our best guess is that it allows for you to hook up the hose/reach the faucet easily no matter what side of the faucet you have your portable washing machine located. Two inlets allow for more options for placement and usage.

The water inlet is for filling up the wash side of the machine. The water inlet on the spin side, you can rinse and spin at the same time. I do this, it saves time and as I use a 2 in 1 detergent, I don't need to waste electricity on a conditioner wash.

Can pods be good for these
👉 Yes, pods can be used for these. We usually recommend liquid soap 🧼 instead because the wash cycle may not be vigorous 🌪 enough to rinse out the plastic casing on the pods. 🤔 If you use them, you just may have to do an extra rinse cycle 💦 Let us know how it turns out for you and which brand of pod you used, if you try it

Can I use powder detergent on it ?

Fill the washer half way with cold water, put the agitater on for three minutes and add powder and hot water from the kettle. The water will be hot enough to dissolve the powder, but not damage the washer. Then carry on refilling with cold water and add items.

What if it doesn't drain I mean rain
Great question👍 We are guessing that there may be a clog somewhere. 😱 Just to make sure your washer drains correctly, you should also have the drain hose hanging lower than the washer itself, so that gravity pulls the water out 👇 after you turn 🔄the middle dial to the "drain" setting. 🎥We do have a video to help that talks about how to fix your washer for some problems. 👇We will put the link to our washer fix video down below for you in case you'd like to watch it.
