Thank you for this, love your videos. I was trying to decide my next game and when I was watching your top 100 I saw this and went, hmmm... Cus I had seen the tabletop episode months ago and thought it looked great. You put it back in my mind with your top 100 and I ended up getting it. I am so happy I did! I played the first game last night and what an experience! 4 players and the last 3 turns we were reorganizing a 9 point casino shared evenly between three people. I got it, then the next player got it back, then the next player gave it back to me but, had they not, the other player definitely would have won cus it was a strip casino that would give points on the game over card! So the next turn the card came out, I tied up to the 2nd player then he tied up to the first player with his one 4 point casino on the strip, then he won by money since the other player used all the money in two reorgs on that last turn averaging 28 million each time. Amazing exciting and tense game!
I was wondering though if you had any issues with the quality. On my first casino I needed a 2 and I was red. I grabbed a die and there was no 2! It had two threes and the one had a hole in it! Also, some of the pieces as I was punching them out weren't cut well and the paper snagged but I think only on the bottom so not a huge deal but still could have been better. I haven't checked all of my dice but now I'm wary as this is a game that needs to have all dice correct and equal. If you have a three instead of a two or worse then on a reorg someone could be getting something better than they should have. I contacted Mayfair and they will replace the die and any other defective parts but I'm going to have to inspect every die myself I guess. :( kind of disappointing coming from the makers of Catan. Also they confirmed that the insert is from Catan histories settlers of America. I would have preferred they made an insert to better fit the components. They're lucky that the game is so good otherwise I'd be even more affected by the lower quality.

one of my favorites. I am looking forward to the 5-6 player expansion coming out in the next few months.
Me too! I can't wait to build "Up!" In the meantime, I am going to use the rules from the sky walk expansion.
As I have said before: gamers say people should have grown up playing "Acquire" rather than "Monopoly;" I say people should be playing "Lords of Vegas" rather than "Acquire." The 5-player expansion can't come quickly enough; a 6th player may slow it down, but we shall see.
Great game :). Do you like it more than Vegas Showdown?

Booo.....what a disappointment of a game.
I'd like to know what you found disappointing? And I'm assuming you've played it and aren't just going off of the video.
