stretch ceiling with height transition

Hello.
Today is a video from our facility where there will be a #stretchceiling with a ceiling level transition.
a special profile is used for this.
part of the level transition will be curving with a radius.
it is necessary to file the profile in segments and leave literally a millimeter.
Now the profile can be made into a radius.
to fix the segments on the back side of the profile, we fasten an aluminum strip into each segment.
now you need to fix the profile to the concrete ceiling.
we fix the corner of the required length to the base and then fasten the profile to the corners at the required height.
it remains to measure and saw off the even parts of the profile to the wall and fix them.
but first you need to install a wall aluminum profile.
in the profile, you need to cut out a part to bend it at 90 degrees and cut out a part of the profile at the top.
Set the remaining parts of the profile for the level transition.
all profile joints must be treated with a two-component adhesive, the excess removed with sandpaper until a smooth surface is obtained.
the corners of the structure should not have sharp parts that can tear the fabric.
corners are also processed with sandpaper.
we install the rest of the profile along the wall and the base for fixing the fixtures.
Let's start stretching PVC fabric.
corners at the level transition must be cut.
we heat the canvas and insert the first corner into the level transition.
to install the canvas you need a curved spatula.
then set the far corner to a regular profile and insert the second level transition corner.
gradually insert the rest of the canvas into the profile.
the lower level of the stretch ceiling is ready!
We stretch the canvas of the upper level.
install lamps, cornice for curtains, decorative plinth.

I have a question, is it possible to make the corner of the profile not round, but perfectly square? When you cut the back of it and fold the corner gets round, can it be nice and square?
