Experience The Magic Of Shimla's 2024 Winter Carnival! || SHIMLA WINTER CARNIVAL 2024😍🥳
The Shimla Winter Carnival 2024, a celebration of Himachal Pradesh's rich culture and heritage, started on December 24, 2024, with an inauguration by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu at the Ridge. The event featured traditional Himachali Folk dances, different food stalls, decoration etc.
Originally scheduled to run until January 2, 2025 the carnival cultural and entertainment programs were postponed following the passing of former Prime MInister Dr. Manmohan Singh, leading to seven day mourning period. Despite this, all stalls at the Mall Raod, and Rani Jhansi Park remain operational, offering visitors a chance to explore local craft and food.
The carnival was set to include a variety of events such as traditional Himachali dances, music performances, fashion shows.
While the cultural programs are on hold, visitors can still enjoy the festive atmosphere of Shimla, explore stalls, and experience the city's winter charm. In this video we have shared our experience of the winter carnival the taste of different food, and we enjoy the beauty of Mall road.
