Du musst doch Tonnen an Kupplungsbelägen verbrauchen! Hat Dir dein Fahrlehrer nie beigebracht, dass man beim Schalten, während man auf die Kupplung tritt, zwischendurch VOM GAS geht??? Versuch's mal und deine Kopplung hält 3-4x so lange!
beim e87 ist so ein scheiss teil im Kupplungskreislauf drin, dass die kupplung immer gleichmäßig einkuppeln lässt.. weil bmw musste damals garantie für 100k kilometer geben auf kupplung. Und der 1er gilt bei bmw als Auto für Fahranfänger. Ich hab das bei mir ausgebaut, anders ist das unmöglich normal zu schalten ohne dieses Ruckeln

Hab meinen nach etwa 40tkm geschmeidig geschaltet. Mein Bruder ist ihn mal am Anfang gefahren, als ich ihn mit 120tkm gekauft habe und hat sich beschwert, dass die Schaltung hakelig ist. Nach nicht mal einem Jahr fuhr er ihn nochmal und meinte, dass sie butterweich ist. Das Auto macht einfach fun mit dem Sauger. Er hat einen Mercedes mit fast 3 mal so viel PS, aber meinen fährt er immer wieder gerne, wenn wir uns treffen.
The BMW 1 series stick gearbox is not soft and feedbackless, as common in many Japanese/French cars. It has a hard, raw mechanical feel when you shift and needs some relative force to take the gears in, even when well lubricated. 4th, 5th and 6th gears are kinda softer but 1,2 and 3rd need a stiff hand. The raw cut gears help deliver more wheel horsepower and not leak power in gear vibrations.
Had the exact same car for my first car. Unfortunately lost it on an accident as the insurance decided to write it off but the memories it brought makes want to go for the same model although the F20 series is a better option. I am yet to make a decision.
I bought a 118i (E87) M-Sport and it's been five months so far, I'm loving it. It also has a loud exhaust note betwee 2800 and 3600 rpms then after that it becomes quieter. Might post a video soon

I must say if you are going to be doing a lot of city driving then the fuel consumption tends to climb and you get lower miles per gallon. It even gets worse when you have passengers since the engine needs to work harder around the city. These generally become happy on the freeways, I'm seeing that with my current E87 118i Msport with the N64B20 engine and it's making better power compared to my previous 116i which had the N43B16 engine.
So viel Geld kann er garnicht durch das Video bekommen, um die neue Kupplung zu bezahlen. Ich habe selten jemanden so schlecht schalten gesehen. Das ist ja unter Fahrschulniveau...
why does he keep pushing the gas if he changes the gear. i think that car has no turbo. so there is no benefit in speed pushing by pressing the gas. that just wears the clutch.
It doesnt really wear the clutch much if he stomps on the pedal fast enough, which he does. But he also violently releases the clutch without rev matching, and that can introduce quite a bit of extra clutch wear.
I had one, a 120i 2008 with the N46 engine. it was a good engine, reliable, only thing that was done were the valve seals. Apart of that, its a good engine in my opinion.
Ich bin schon viele Autos gefahren, neue und alte(Arbeit, bekannte), vor kurzem habe ich genau das gleiche Auto gekauft und ich schalte auf genau die gleiche Weise, ich habe es selbst bemerkt, ich dachte, ich hätte eine kaputte Kupplung, aber beim Mechaniker stellte sich heraus, dass sie in Ordnung war, ich verstehe nicht, was ich falsch mache, denn in allen anderen Autos habe ich es perfekt gemacht.
Die „Problematik“ mit der Kupplung ist das CDV(Clutch-Delay-Valve) also Kupplungsverzögerungsventil. In einigen Ländern(meines Wissens nach UAE und USA) mussten Automobilhersteller gewährleisten, dass die Kupplung mindesten 100 tkm überlebt. Das war BMW, bei einem „Anfängerfahrzeug“ wie dem 1er, mit einer „Standart-Kupplung“ zu riskant, sodass das CDV eingebaut wurde, dieses verzögert die Kupplung, sodass diese nicht so schnell abgefahren ist. Lösung ist entweder das Teil auszubauen, dazu gibt es einige DIY Lösungen im Internet, oder jedoch beim fahren wie folgt schalten: 1. Fuß vom Gas und kuppeln 2.Schalten 3.Kupplung kommen lassen 4. kurz bevor das CDV reinhaut wieder leicht Gas geben un dem CDV entgegenzuwirken. (Wann das CDV reinhaut merkst du mit Erfahrung, je besser du das Auto kennst) Erfahrungsgemäß wird man das Ruckeln nicht zu 100% los aber es kann mit der „richtigen Schaltung“ besser werden. Der Ausbau ist jedoch auch kein allzu großer Aufwand.
Weil das ein kleiner liter saugmotor ist, der braucht drehzahlen um drehmoment entwickeln zu können. Mit 122 ps sauger kommst du nicht voran, wenn du bei 3500 schon schaltest

118d M47 motor lanac napred 122ks do 2007 godiste odlican. Posle toga ide lanaca nazad a on ima probleme. Ovaj nema neke probleme opasne. Veoma su dobri,stabilni,lepo idu. Ali dizel bolji motor ima i izdrzljiviji

Wir haben den selben aber das vorfacelift von 2008.. Die Kupplung ist wirklich Khatastrophal..sollte mein erstes Auto werden aber hab mir nen E46 Touring 318i ausgesucht, der geht besser.:)

Why do you shift like that? You don't have to be violent to find the gear. Bad shifting...

Wo liegt das Problem an der Kupplung? Wenn man nicht schalten kann, dann kann das Auto auch nichts dafür.
