I was talking to a chap last week and I said my fishing is not all about catching, it's tying my rigs, picking rods n reels, bait , looking for marks and all the other bits, and even cleaning all my kit down. Big cod would be very welcome, got myself a pair of zziplex quattra sports so I'm hoping to get a bit more distance this year , but not always needed .

I've had to change from my normal fishing now it's getting hard for me to be climbing up and down those big cliffs on the Holderness. Don't bother, only whiting, sea fishing inNorfolk is rubbish unless you go out on a boat.
