I tend to dive in head first once I decide to do something new. Now I've been learning the 3d modeling software and it has been a challenge but I'm getting the hang of it.

Amazing. I really liked the descriptions of the intermediate steps. My wife, who has sung in front of thousands, who puts up with my Warning fascination and has actually seen the band, enjoyed this and your vocal and instrumental stuff, too.

Out of the many comments already, I don’t know how many artist out there that have already chimed in, but I got say this turned out really nice. As an artist myself who does sculpt, I know how much work goes into creating something like this. I really appreciate the hard work you put in and the results are great. Looking forward to your 3D version, hopefully you’ll find time to put together a behind the scenes of that as well.
I'm going to try the behind the scenes but, as I am learning 3d as I go as well, trying to record would eat up a lot of hard drive space. Once I get the first one done, I'll try to do BTS for Dany and Pau. I will do more BTS for the mold making of the 3d parts once printed, the resin pour and the painting. I love hearing from a fellow artist, especially a sculptor, and appreciate the encouragement.

$4500 seems like a lot, but me & GF dropped 5K on our recent trip to Japan. Our trip was predicated on getting tickets to the Band Maid/The Warning EX Roppongi show! 😳 Good luck with your sculpting and in general. Hopefully you can at least recoup your money! 🤞
Unless I misunderstood you, the sculptures are not quite finished yet, but they are fantastic already! Congratulations. I suppose that her face is the hardest to get right, but you seem to have done extraordinarily well with the sculpture as a whole so far, and clearly have an artist's eye for detail. A 'labor of love' combined with attention to detail are a great combination in any endeavor. I hope that (perhaps after a break!) you take on Ale's sisters!

Ale looks great! I have followed you on this project from the start. Along the way you ask if anyone was interested in the purchase of one, and I responded that I was. I still am interested but don't know how to connect with you directly. I am a The Warning Patron.
It'd be hard for me to sell something that I still don't feel is exactly how I want it to be. I have considered it though to recoup some of the money I put into them and make them one of a kind prototype if I can get the others working and selling with the Warnings blessing and maybe a franchise agreement of course.

I still see some things that I think could be better but that is why I am moving them to 3d to get more details and have them look good from every angle and have different expressions.

The lighting is split down that arm so you can see the realistic form better, imo

I think where you really captured her in the face is in her cheek bones. That's a pretty distinctive feature. These are great.

Ken, you should sell a few of those sculptures, you should be able recoup your costs pretty quickly.
