Recently had to take care of an older aphasic patient on this bipap machine. the mask was so uncomfortable for patient. we put a foamy patch on her nose to prevent a pressure ulcer from this mask. It's so uncomfortable but helped the patient make it through the night which otherwise wouldn't be possible. Also, there is a leak indicator on the panel which was helpful to determine if the mask is not sealed properly. A leak under 10 was okay but anything over, i had to readjust the mask.
Kudos for the Video clip! Sorry for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Franaar Painless Smile Formula (do a google search)? It is a great one off guide for crushing your snoring or sleep apnea problem minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.
Appreciate Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard about - Franaar Painless Smile Formula (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a great exclusive product for crushing your snoring or sleep apnea problem without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy finally got cool results with it.
@SkyTube BD usually CPAP mode is just enough for sleep apnea..with a pressure of like 6 or 10 cmH2O...BiPAP mode is used mainly to get the CO2 out..two pressures are there
Thats where I used to be as Internal Medicine resident before my spine fracture when I had to switch to academics. Those were the times when U learn the most and learn to keep calm under pressure.
Blessings in an abundance of the faith. I salute you. 😘🙏Grace and peace be unto you and to this place. God bless you. 🤍🌈🤍Thank you. Will you believe and receive Jesus Christ as your LORD and personal saviour??? I do. 😊

Thank you, ED nurse from srilanka
I see that the small tube is connected to the V-60 but where does the other end connect to please?
How do we deal with expiration when there is a single tube in the BiPAP machine?

Very nice video, 👏👏👏
Lmao the way you clap the ventilator at the start 🥰
Hey thanks for your video. I have a question. Which is the perfect pressure setting of ipap and epap for sleep apnea patient?
@SkyTube BD usually CPAP mode is just enough for sleep apnea..with a pressure of like 6 or 10 cmH2O...BiPAP mode is used mainly to get the CO2 out..two pressures are there
The IPAP is 10 and EPAP is 5. 10/5 is a good starting point. Then you would make adjustments depending on the patient's tidal volume and oxygen.
You can check out more videos on TH-cam on respiratory therapy zone.
