Sweetie I'm almost 72 and we grew up in a time when age was just a number. We are a whole different breed of seniors...we stay young at heart and refuse to grow old. And music is music no matter what genre it is. And if you like it more power to you!!

Metal, like any genre, has some universally great stuff, some stuff which depends very much on personal taste, and then some stuff which is unremarkable. The point is that this goes for ANY genre of music. You don't really know what you'll enjoy beforehand. That said, music is unique in arts, as you can close your eyes or look away from visual art you don't like, but even if you plug your ears, music you don't like will still make you uncomfortable.

We need more clean male vocals like yours in symphonic metal. So very few of those exist.
Agree. So pure, strong und awesome range... clasiccally trained voices in symphonic metal are rare and delicatessen 🙃🙂

We all seek the many things you sing so perfectly about! I especially love your calls to Warriors of all centuries. My VIKING roots float right to the top, but I'm terrified of water so I steered my son to life in Coast Guard, with his love of justice, speed, 1/2 Norwegian&1/2 Scotts(&maybe more VIKING Norwegian through the Scotts as they didn't fight nice) I felt him being at the helm of CG cutters, bigger&smaller would feed his soul as he fought for freedom all over the waters, & I was right;he was pure CG gold, now retired&missing the thrills& fears of what lay up ahead in the dark of night ❣️I thank God he came home safe, though PTSD been rough with his last several posts... But He served proudly&has chest candy to prove all the many ways&letters of citations that maybe will let me read&have explained some day❣️My gut KNEW when things were extra harey for them&have bleeding ulcer to prove! I send him your videos when they break my ❤️as I know he'll be reminded of those rushes of adrenalin that drove their whole team, to VICTORY in each situation they were faced with ❣️Thank you for those particular songs, bold&or 💔 that led us to where we are today, where I greatly fear a battle is coming to shut down a bold international plan to take more freedoms away which a e already been fought for&won &lived in America our history! Terrifying but I want my grandaughter's to live life freely, without constant fear of the propaganda everywhere tearing societies apart❣️Your music though often driving is also a balm to weary souls ❣️Pray& try to reconnect as 1 big nation as it's citizen's fighting all the games tossed at us as GOVT works on separate plans that get sprung regularly&it's OLD! Well over halfway through Dan’s cover songs and this is the first time I don’t think he improved the original version. He’s done exceptional with this song, I just can’t say he improved it like every other cover I listened to so far. Both versions are amazing.

@Ťørɱȩṇ Well, for once I agree on the singer for this specific song, and ofc others like (my personal favorite) Slaying the dreamer, and what about Sacrament of Wilderness or ofc Phantom of the Opera, to name a few..Yes, Anette had her limitations, but she had a lovable, cute presence that I personally like...So now we're waiting in anticipation for their ever so secretive new release..can't wait.. 🆒👍
