Mayor Isko got doped by Erap & he felt responsible for what happened to Manila that is why he is on a mission to put Manila back. This guy paid his due & worked his way to this. One lesson he learned from these 2 oldies ... what not to do as leaders. Now, that Manila has a legitimate son for their leader, I hope that Manilenos find their motivation & dignity to bring back their city's glory.
