Don't they come stock on those bikes? You can get shaky with a stabilizer still - it will just "harden" up as it shakes
tbf he was going 90-100 on the highway a little bump will probably give a little wobble.. not a rider myself i would just assume you can’t fully get rid of wobble

Sounds like the Aprilia might have a few missing teeth or just severely uneven wear on the rear sprocket. My second R6 had a problem with chewing up the rear sprocket, it started to get that sort of pulsing feeling under acceleration, and then it eventually chewed right through the sprocket and took all the teeth off, that was a fun walk home.

Coming from a metric country I wasn't sure how fast 190 was so did a quick Google damn bro. My best is 278kph and that felt gnarly as hell. Can't imagine 305kph.
