Honestly it's high quality production (as always!) and it works really well on the dancefloor BUT, as a constructive criticism, these arrangements and the same FM sequence over and over again.. it's missing some originality and exploration of different harmonic styles.. phrygian/dominant phrygian are and will always be the main one.. BUT it would be nice to hear something FULL minor scale (Ajja does that sometimes) or something diminished (Menog does that sometimes too), more funky minor pentatonic (Dickster)... just some thoughts for you guys =) @nano_records
Exactly! None of them have a specific idea anymore. In the last 6, 7 years, and maybe even 10, no one has an idea, only the tape with the introduction, elaboration and conclusion goes on. It has a story, but no substance and core.
