RC Cola's Advertisement Explained RC Cola Philippines lastest Advertisement taught us that - "It takes courage for a mother to share something she may kept inside, but it's something that can fill the emptiness of a child that he may also constantly hide". SUMMARY: The child went home with questions, until he revealed himself with 4 empty glasses unto his back. It was followed by a Mother whom took her head off, filled it with ice and poured the said beverage which she may trying to get rid of. The video ended up with a scene of a father and sister, where they shared the 4 glasses of RC Cola together. MEANING: It depicts the emptiness that the child may carry for a long time, and imagine how hard it is for a Mother to reveal the truth and share it to give what's meant for her child. As the glasses were filled, the family were completed and they enjoyed the moment. How RC Cola incorporates, "Kapag merong problema, mapag-uusapan kasama ang RC Cola" was great. Moreover, some details like child taking his clothes off defines "naked truth", the ice cubes and his reaction is a "chill" effect of how talk is going on after his rage, the mother taking her scarf from her neck means putting off conservatism to address it with rigid truth. Other details are self-explanatory from it's connotative and denotative level. If you find this DISTURBING and WEIRD then it's definitely FINE, 'cause it's a success indication for the Advertising Team to create an Organic Buzz. Art doesn't always comfort you. The meaning behind RC Cola's trend-breaking ad:
RC Cola Philippines latest Advertisement taught us that - "It takes courage for a mother to share something she may kept inside, but it's something that can fill the emptiness of a child that he may also constantly hide".
Yay, Surrealism! ✨

Well said, good way to put it in a meaningful explanation. Shallow lang ang iba, masyado silang literal.
LMAOOOOOOOO, dark humor lang naman linalagyan niyo ng deep meaning.
Dami mo ring alam, pahanap nga ng magnanakawa sa Philhealth.
@@tongdavid3481 nah man, no one's being shallow. nagpupumilit ka lang maghanap ng wala haha. it was supposed to be absurd and meaningless, that's it.
di lahat ng bagay kelangan ng meaning.
I was actually doing something else with my phone while my laptop was just loading a video and then an ad played, didn't bother to skip it. Best decision of my life.

RC Cola really set new standard in commercial ad making and for sure maraming gagaya. Cant wait for the next RC commercial ad!
Hindi po ba ginaya rin nila ridiculousness ng Japanese and Thai commercials
