I agree! I’ve loved werewolves when I was little and still do today. The first werewolf movie I’ve watched was universal’s The Wolfman and watched more of his series.
Looks like you have the darker of the Creatures of the Black Lagoon. I really like this line, I look forward to the black and white creature, I hope they issue black and white releases for each of the figures.
I think a lot of collectors would agree with you about the Topps deal. Kind of unfair practice to do it that way. Mego had quite a few miss fires but overall there were some real gems released too. The Bella Lugosi Drac was probably the best figure they did (I have both cape colors). Also like the Karloff Frankenstein’s as well. I wish they’d have done a Bride version of Karloff too (with the damage and more clamps visible on his head). The Karloff Mummy was amazing too. Thanks for sharing your collection! Pat
I have like 5 of the MEGO Freddy figures, one with a brown glove and the other 4 with a green glove, and I also have Dracula, Nosferatu, and the Mummy MEGO figures.
I open some Mego figures, in fact I have several videos comparing the various body designs of loose figures. But without vehicles or playsets to interact with, there is no point in opening every figure, especially when we can already see most of the details through the clear plastic bubble. Leaving most of these in the package makes sense in terms of preserving them, and not unnecessarily exposing them to light/dust contamination.
Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Werewolf are my favs.

@@alexfairchild6233 The Wolfman was always the star of those sequels no matter whose House of.. they say it was.
Luv the video very cool. I just watched the Lon Chaney version of Wolfman. Luv those old movies.

Incidentally, if you actually watch the entire video, at around the 8:50 mark you can see a version of The Fly figure out of the package.
They use different colors on figures..wierd.. And faces are sometimes different.ur missing money wise
