0:51 "like a female". fashion is very diverse in korea and to this day, 2023, fashion in general and not just in korea, men wears chokers and you can see it in several fashion week. these men you are reacting to are very secured with their gender identity and doesn't need to have the typical alpha male , masculine shts boys do. kpop artists tend to have wide fashion choices as they try their best to fit the concepts of the songs they perform. i understand that you don't know the culture well but to say a comment like that is a bit off. there are literally skirts for men, wearing a fashion piece does not restrict one's gender wherever you may come from or whatever culture you're used to. that's common sense and the video doesn't really have deep inside jokes. you'll understand them even if you're new to them but you miss a lot of context cause you often get sidetracked and do not pay attention on important parts
