Ah, the iconic intake louvers of the MiG-29, preventing any junk on the runway from being sucked up into the engine while taking off… unlike the Concorde-
In terms of flight sound design, HAWX 1 has some really satisfying engine and sound barrier break sound effects, you can look up some random hawx footage and see what I mean
Can't wait for you to find out the F14A in AC5 has its glovevanes mechanic included that is not found in other AC games. (Only the A model has it in AC5, it got removed in the airframe of B and D models)
It was in both 4 and 5 (don't know about Zero, haven't played it yet). Little bit of IRL info, on a lot of Tomcats, maintenance crew would weld the glove vanes shut because they were, apparently, a real hassle to deal with! Later models had them removed or disabled by default, even though it meant less maneuverability at higher speeds - but I'm sure the hangar guys were thankful.
@@PhantomRaptor1 yeah I heard about this too. Real shame tho, I think the tomcats look really cool with the pseudo canards out like that. The F14D is the only available model in ACZ.
Love the 29. Pretty sure the F-15 has aux intakes like that and its main ones move around a bit. I thought it was modeled in AC unless I'm thinking of PW.
Those wouldn't have helped the Concorde. The debris didn't enter the engines, it punctured the tires which hit the fuel tank and created a sonic shockwave within the fuel tank, causing a rupture and fire.
The Fulcrum is such a great aircraft from an engineering point of view, it was porpusely made in order to be a full Frontline machine that would had to be deployed in makeshift runways in order to take off, mixing alot of things from the 3th and 4th gen of aircrafts at the time, it is a shame that always got overshadowed by the Flanker. Also, a fun fact is that, both the Mig-29A and Mig-35D in AC7 has a fully functional Watch inside the cockpit, sames goes with the Su-37.
irl the intakes on top are incredibly simple and genius. they are on hinges and require no hydraulics. The simply open automatically when there is low pressure in the intake
Also here’s a Neat yet annoying Fact: the YF-23 from PS2/PSP/3DS ALL Have Same Made Up Yet AWESOME And Unique Cockpit ! Sort of looks like the X-02A(single seat) cockpit Which I’ve been struggling to find out Why it looked like the F-15E Cockpit, Well Because it WAS Based off the Strike Eagle cockpit And I Thought that was LAAAME, so now Ace Combat Wanted to be more “Faithful” or Based on the “REaL Aircraft” since the Licensing and all that that they Totally Scrapped that AWESOME and UNIQUE Made Up Cockpit design 😖😫
I didn’t know that about the MiG-29’s air intakes!
One of my favorite aircraft, I love how you went into detail on the air intakes :)

4:31: also muzzle flash gets affected by wing speed only in ACZ
The air intake looks like when we finally remove the feeling of blockage in our nose and finally breath oxygen after a long time.
Makes more sense!
I think you’re the Best ‘Comparison of Ace Combats’ Channel so Far 😝🥳
Just gotta Get to Ace04 at least 😉 then maybe the PS1 titles ? Or the PsP/3DS
have you not seen how often bro uses ace combat 3 in comparisons 💀💀💀
@@dalelumina3 oh right but what about the other two or even Air Combat22 ?
@@mrandrossguy9871 i dont think hes used 1 or 2 and certainly not 22 its very obscure

The “Gloved Vains” F-14A was in Ace04, don’t know if Earlier titles tho
Can’t remember with Infinity also
@@mrandrossguy9871 I can't remember it being modeled in AC4, I must have missed it. Good catch!

Mig-29 ACZ is much longer than AC7, or am i having a mistake? you can see at 4:34
New video comin up : "This MiG-29 is much longer?!"

Jk, it's the difference in camera magnification that's causing this effect :)
Can you make when every character in AC or Project wingman shooting another aircraft or mentioning player when getting target lock by missile?
Thank you for listening to my comment in the mig21 video❤
See he try’s
Always welcome! :)

@@9999AWC how the hell did we get talking about the concorde?
I remember while playing ACZ there was a plane that got the control surface for roll wrong. I don't remember which one but its a delta wing plane.

Feeling air intake animations are tied to flaps in AC7 lol
Right into the 'feels :/

now you mention that mig29 really close the air take front when break and open the auxil damn i just notice that
Doesn't the f22 have these too?
Edit: It does, they just deploy when you either hit the sound barrier or full afterburner
You said it :)
@@mathmocha1331 3 of the 4 F-15s (ac7) have the secondary intakes right above their adjusting intakes
