Asking a Scientologist About Disconnection

Before we went and protested Scientology on 4/10/24, we walked into the Manhatten 46th St. Org and talked to a Scientologist staff member (not Sea Org member) where I asked him about their disconnection policy.
Natalie Webster suggested if anyone is able to talk to a Scientologst, we should try listening to them over debating them, so that was our approach during the whole interaction with him.
NY is a one-party permission state for audio recording. The audio has not been edited or distorted in any way. Since there is an expectation of privacy in churches, we blurred the video. We need to do more research on the legality of undercover video footage, so in the meantime, our undercover video footage will be blurred either partially or fully.

And he never really answered my question.. if there's tech that can prevent disconnection, why would anyone choose to disconnect? Maybe the tech doesn't work?
