I enjoy the implication that Rock needed to be rebuilt and powered up with a gun arm to even stand a chance against his brothers, but this entire time Roll has been fully combat capable and strong enough to count as a weakness to every boss. No modifications required, she just has the power of god built into her by default.

Guts Man(?): The broom cleans the rock (🤨), revealing its actually really weak. Bomb Man: The broom is so strong it can cut the string of the bomb. Elec Man: Electricity cant go through Wood. Ice Man: The same with Gust Man. Fire Man: The wood in the broom has fire resistance V. Time Man: The wood is so strong it can break apart a clock. Oil Man: The broom can sweep away any oil in the ground. Thats all!

I used a complete save file from the internet to have her. It's impossible to unlock her in a legal way, because she was exclusive as Powered Up downloadable DLC,but the game's servers shut down in then last year
