Sometimes life turns out very differently than you had planned. You can be uprooted, fired, cheated on, divorced, diagnosed with a terminal disease, lose a loved one or not be able to have a child. Every one of these situations can either bring out the worst in you or the best in you. It all depends what you focus on.
If you focus on the loss, hurt, unfairness, sadness and disappointment, then you will feel hopeless, angry and frustrated. If you instead focus on the wisdom, the lesson and the benefit, then you will feel hopeful, at peace and content.
Stop dwelling on how your plans didn’t work out the way you wanted it and realize that the One who orchestrated your life is more wise and more knowledgeable. Your plan is nothing compared to the master plan.
Once you’re able to surrender to the plan, you will no longer feel anxious or depressed.
Remember that acceptance is one of the most vital ingredients of peace & happiness.

Very nice lecture but the problem is there is a difference between a Human being and a Machine. A man can make a machine beat the hell out of it and it will not experience any physical or emotional pain while humans do feel pain. Unfortunately We are not robots.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ، وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مَنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ، وَاَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ، لَا أُحصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
Dua
Transliteration
Allaahum-maghfir lee thanbee kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, wa 'awwalahu wa 'aakhirahu wa 'alaaniyata hu wa sirrahu.
Translation
O Allah, forgive me all my sins, great and small, the first and the last, those that are apparent and those that are hidden.
Transliteration
Subhaana thil-jabarooti, walmalakooti, walkibriyaa'i, wal'adhamati.
Translation
Glory is to You, Master of power, of dominion, of majesty and greatness.
سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْجَبَرْوتِ، وَالْمَلَكُوتِ، وَالْكِبْرِيَاءِ، وَالْعَظَمَةِ
Dua

Allaahumma laka sajadtu wa bika 'aamantu, wa laka 'aslamtu, sajada wajhiya lillathee khalaqahu, wa sawwarahu, wa shaqqa sam'ahu wa basarahu, tabaarakallaahu 'ahsanul-khaaliqeen.

No, don’t think that! Do you not know that it is easy to earn rewards in Islam? And it is also easy to wipe your sins away. When you take your wudu' all of your small sins actually went away with the water. And imagine how much the small sins went away when you take wudu' 5 times a day! This is just only one of the ways of wiping away your sins and earn rewards instead. There are many many many more ways. So, try learn more abt Islam even if you were born muslim. Lots of love

I just want to give up on life, I have very bad broken arm with missing pieces of it. There a hole and exposure of layer 3 of skin, I have warts, I have a nose problem that limits my breathing a lot, I have dry lips for a month. I can’t do suicide because it’s haram. I’m just going to wait it out and give up all my dreams to be succesfull in this life. Honestly I don’t think I could live up to 17. My whole body pains and my mother is about to pass away.

I’ve had treatment for everything and my physical health is alright, but my mom is extremely sick, everyday we make Duaa for her and now she is 2 months pregnant with another child. She has some problem with her breathing and heart for the past 2 years, it will get worse during pregnancy. Last year the doctor told my mother there is a likely Chance that something could go wrong, but mashallah she has gotten better and inshallah she’ll continue to get better ❤️🩹.
