I doubt she'd kill Loid. Maybe at first due to her commission, but considering the life she lived with him and Anya, she can't bring herself in the end. I'd assume they'd have to go on the run in the chance that other assassins in Garden would go after them to finish the mission themselves. I can't help but imagine Loid and Yor acting sheepish and awkward once they come to the realization they really love each other. They'd be totally anxious,terrified even. They don't know how normal human relationships work after all. They could even take turns arguing who got to protect the other.

I do feel like the possibility of the whole Mr. and Mrs. Smith ending here will very likely end up happening, however I don’t think they’ll actually kill one another because that would be too dark. Most likely they’ll end up accepting one another after comming to peace with the shocking realization of their true identities, pasts and actual professions and end up joining sides against some kind of common enemy for the sake of their love for each other, new lives and family. Then they would have to face off against their own organizations together because they didn’t complete their mission on purpose basically betraying the organization. It's even implied in the manga that Franky is running on rumors and speculation about them. Either way, they may actually be an independent organisation in itself. Just my opinion but I do think the distinction is important

Wise and Garden may be organizations from two different countries but it seems like their goals are aligned. Only way I can see both of them truly fighting is if somehow Yuri is involved or when both are tasked to take down same enemies. A scenario where Twilight in disguise infiltrates a bad organization which Yor is ordered to kill. Twilight might pretend to fight Yor while secretly helping her take down all the enemies. With both left standing is where I think they will reveal each other's true identities. I think it is possible that Briar's could be a family of assassins. Yor might have been trained by her parents from a very young age. Judging from Yuri's flashback, It looks like Yor was not yet even a teen when she bought Yuri a book. They have a 7year age gap so Yor was probably 11 or 12 when she started killing.

Makes sense she dropped out of school. She was really young, maybe, around 12? She lacks social queues and skills and is lost in alot. Stuff you'd normally learn in school. The only people she's seen frequently are her bosses, her brother, and recently... her coworkers, before she met loid. She freaks out and resorts to violence when ANY situation is too much for her to handle. To her, that was how she dealt with issues before. How she was trained.
That is why watching Spy x Family and learning about their world, I can't help depressingly think about how people suffer from war even to this day... While I feel like the 2 of them fighting would be inevitable in the series, I'm not sure how I hope they get there, on the one hand they could start the conflict towards the end of the mission, on the other hand the mission parameters for both parents could change in ways that both of them have to bend over backwards to keep the family going before actually finding out their missions conflict, then hopefully both get motivated to kill the other because they find out Anya is valued by their organizations and worry the other might turn her in to ratchet up tension for a good(they both decide to team up) ending.

I also think one of their organizations is lying and I strongly feel like it’s Twilight’s agency

Kind of a little strange so many want so much violence and darkness in a story that involves a little girl happy to even have a family (let’s not forget Anya loves them both and Yor is in love with Loid and Loid actually does show that he loves Anya and Yor and wouldn’t mind having a family). While I feel like the 2 of them fighting would be inevitable in the series, I'm not sure how I hope they get there, on the one hand they could start the conflict towards the end of the mission, on the other hand the mission parameters for both parents could change in ways that both of them have to bend over backwards to keep the family going before actually finding out their missions conflict, then hopefully both get motivated to kill the other because they find out Anya is valued by their organizations and worry the other might turn her in to ratchet up tension for a good(they both decide to team up) ending.
