Great instruction. If I had to add a suggestion I would say that some of the students, in addition to wrapping their arm around the opponents, are also bending forward at the waist when performing the throw. That diminishes their leverage and power. Keep the back straight! Thumbs up though!
I'm wondering. If the techniques are meant to manipulate the armor they were to assist in throw, will they work or is modification required to perform them? I'm all for modification I just wondering. Also the move where the fist come straight up. Because seems awkward. Do you think original intention was to stab the opponent so where on the way up. Thank you Richard
Following several teachers' tradition. All students begin with white Gi's. After a year of sticking with it, they move to the black to work toward their black belt, which takes 5-6 years of commitment. Hope that answers for you. Thanks!
