Yes! Also it's really annoying when simmers in the creator network just get all the packs for free(especially ones they otherwise wouldn't buy). The average summer isn't going to have all the packs, and it just feels more like an ad to buy other packs you don't want, or you can't use their builds smoothly without them😅
