Some of the things I really like about Chloe and Ro is the way they raise their kids. They seem to have so much love and patience. I am also a big fan of them taking the kids to the park almost daily. I think nowadays a lot of kids don´t play enough outside anymore, but I have been following this family for many years and they have always made this a priority. 😃

Not Al kids have the option to go outside. Some neighborhoods are not safe for kids to go outside. Yes kids need the outdoors but some places are better for that then others. I find it hard to believe they never get upset with their kids or the kids don’t act up but they won’t show that on camera. Nor should they

They go to the park, library and museum or stay at home and read books and the younger ones play with toys. There’s enough of them to play together. They go to trampoline park for birthdays. You don’t see them with any other kids.

The grocery bills get really large with teenagers. We had only 4 boys but when they were teens we made our grocery store Wegmans top 100 customers for 10 years straight. It was a mixed blessing to go each year to shake the grocery store managers hand and receive a basket of gifts.

Realy love A series of unfortunate events + the series after (books are small est easy to read and the Netflix series is really good and well made), also love that you can read one book and than watch an episode

The Secret Garden is such a lovely book with a great movie! (the one from 1993 😊) I’m sure they’re going to enjoy it ❤

A series of unfortunate events with the Netflix series and Holes are the best movie/show adaptations of a book imo

My mom read The Boxcar Children series to us as kids and I read it to each of my 3 children and it was the first series that my daughter read to my granddaughter.

Some books with movie adaptations : Series of Unfortunate Events (the movie and the series are both great, but the movie only covers the first 3 books), Charlie and the chocolate factory, Anne of green gables, Wonder, The wizard of Oz, The famous five.
I would add The mysterious Benedict society but the show is impossible to find since it was removed from disney plus.

I thought it was so interesting when Otto started reading the Harry Potter book, all the other kids resumed the same position with their hands in their laps! Very cute! 😄💕

“A Wrinkle In Time” by Madeleine L’Engle. There have been two movies made, one from Disney. I prefer the older one, to be honest. It’s truer to the book.
