@@Szellah7 Infra red is just one part of the light spectrum, and, it heats things up, because of the nature of infra reds themselves, but, you can't redirect light out of a frabric (eich in terms of microscopic livels, is full of holes, which could favored difraction, and not reflection), the closest you will get to that statement, is if the fabric absorbs a big chunk of light, therefore, producing heat, but, there is no such thing under normal conditions which is able to redirect "energy". I think that if it works for someone, is probably due to the placebo effect.😉

However as we both (you more directly) elluded, human beings aren't able to harness heat energy. We can only passivly use it as means to regulate our bodies teperatures. Moreover Human body can't regulate it's own heat absoption, therefore while training excecivly, it's going to cause overheat, or as I put it "CooK".

Anyone know if joggers can be tailored? I bought a pair of gymshark critical joggers and got it tailored because it's too long. My tailor removed the elastic end and the pants taper terribely now.
