Really depends on personal preference. Experiment with different settings to find what you like. I personally prefer a lighter mid length trigger pull (though I'm almost always in ramping, that's how I try to set up older guns when I work on them). Start by adjusting one thing at a time and you'll find your own sweet spot.

I did all this and it also works on the ethea three But my trigger has a small squeak any advice Where's that?
