Doesn't look like you added the milk to your omelette mixture .. ,never known an omelette made like this and im in my 50s all adult children and veen cooking foe decades every one of ky family members has never not added milk either , maybe an American thing? Im not American.. i also cannot understand ANYONE who cooks in a messy kitchen.. dishes need to be done and put away before i even start cooking and i always clean up as i go ... Hurting my brain looking at this mess .... No way could i sit and eat knowing the kitchen is an absolute bomb site ,im sure you enjoyed it , that's all that matters.. see if i visited any one of my kids , oldest 32. I have four.. and their kitchen was like this .theyve get a boot in the balls ...all boys , learned how to clean up and cook as you go,, when young boys .
