    I have tried this per your website's instructions and a little of my own guesswork. They turned out perfectly chewy and wonderful as when they were first cooked. Glad to see this....you have a wonderful product, too.

    How do you preserve homemade boba? Is it after the initial cooking of the pearls that it’s preserved or is it after the first rinse in cold water? I ask because I would like to try and make some so I could mail it to my nieces in college.

    Hi ! Can I ask if my tapioca pearls will expire if I will not put it in the ref?

    • @alyezaserebo
      @alyezaserebo 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The tapioca pearl if not yet cooked will expire base on the packaging expiration, I think that's 9-12 months after they made the pearls, you need to properly seal it to avoid being exposed in air. The cooked tapioca will get spoiled 3-4 days if you didn't put it in refrigerator, but putting the pearls in a room temperature or warm area like rice cooker will keep the tapioca pearl soft. If you put cooked tapioca in the refrigerator, it will give tapioca longer life but it will become super hard as day passes by.
