Why did you read the black part while the. White part was up? Just confused

Oh, it’s a deck that I created. There are two messages on the card, with one message facing upright, and the other reversed. So whichever is facing upright, the color at the bottom of the card, is read. So in the card you are talking about, the black part was at the bottom so that’s the message that is read. If the white part was down, then the message on the white part would have been read. Hope that clarifies! ☺️
