It's worth mentioning that your weapons absolutely must be fully upgraded to gold quality for this to work. If you're using a Harmony Necro then probably your jewels also.
Stam Necro bombing with dc and plague breaker is powerful and also on other classes, doing dc rings ( maybe if u want to do oakensoul before nerf ), if you do oakensoul do one piece light shoulder dc, and one piece of a monster set heavy as a helm and plague break rest of the body with dc weapons, most preferably dual wield, using harmony jewelry with a graver robber and a smash, and an oh crap heal, and a whirlwind thing, and maybe a scythe for that extra heal.
Plaguebreak, Pilar of Nirn with stormfist works pretty well on zergs. And believe it or not Frostbite, Hrothgar, and Nunatak with a frost staff works pretty well on melting tanks. I main a magsorc.
You should pick sorc it has mines and bombs build into crit i went all stam and crit with a heavy attack build i use a 2h to finish off close enemies and i use cristal wep , curse, mines crit surge and mag det on my staff, 2h is flex but i like vigor it makes you tankier and hurricane.

Plaguebreak has a global cooldown on how many it can be applied to at once. It is 1 per second so spamming aoes does not apply the debuff to all enemies in the bomb so you only get a little bonus whereas Vicious death is a huge amount of damage from just 1 player that can chain.

Havent looked into it but with hybridization did they hybridize penetration? Like say i got 6500 wpn dmg but i use a mag skill that hits for 19k will i scale on their spell resistance? But due to being stam and wpn dmg based my phyical pene is good at 10k but thats low for spell pene
@@Big_country9897 you'll get similar numbers with either. Light will hit tankier players harder as having higher pen. Medium will hit non tanky people harder. Averaging out you get similar results. The bonus of medium is access to spin to win and the aoe execute so this can be very potent.

For bombing/nuking someone? Bombing you use balorgh, vicious death and a damage set like new moon. For nuking/ganking someone you use caluudron's legacy with stygian and a monster set of choice - vate 2h back bar if possible and markyn ring.
Can someone tell me why bomblade (nightblade) builds uses dual wield weapons? I am kinda new and dont understand why magicka build uses dual wield... Just want to understand this.

I tried like 4 different builds for NB melee bombing and i just cant kill ANYONE.. literally no one.. stacked heavily or not... they just dont die... im talking CP cyrodil... acuity nothing... new moons is trash... war maiden is trash... plague break VD still trash... idk what to do they dont take any damage in cyrodil.. plz someone can help me out i even spend 600k on lightning vicious death staff but now im halfway ranged and halfway melee.. both bars running VD.. and DC on armor
Honestly practise and best using ice staff with elemental rage for ranged bombing. Locking them in place is very powerful. I would use dark convergence and vicious death with balorgh. Charge to 500 ult then bomb.
Why? Those sets came out as a way to combat the zergs crisscrossing Cyrodiil endlessly claiming keeps and other structures as they roam the landscape. It is not like bombing is new, either. VD has been around for a while. Don’t like being bombed? Don’t pack together so much. It’s not like they are overpowered. They are extremely effective at what they do. Folks are so tanky in Cyrodiil lately that some of these sets won’t kill even when they do proc, assuming you aren’t in a scrum of 50 or something.
@@TatewakiGaming Nah, hvd's right. Old school bombs used to take skill. You used to have to measure your target and get in nice and close before executing it perfectly, or you'd just get spanked. Nowadays, it's just ballbots running around, aoe, then dc groups people up then colossus. The main reason it's so wildly successful is because Cyrodiil is such a broken piece of shit it pulls you in if you're blocking and from way outside advertised range.

Where do you get the sets? Can you craft them? What passives do you need? What race for each class is best? Did you create any of these and try them out yourself? How about creating a video to do this? They say those who can't do, teach. The new saying must be, those who can't do or teach, create useless youtube videos.
The way bombing is in ESO, at present is that you get all passives and the skills you use are suggested - melee bombing proximity detonation, sapp essence and soul tether. Ranged bombing any ranged aoe to proc dark convergence like mage guild fire rune, destro ultimate followed up with spamming elemental ring. It is that simple. There is a balance in teaching somone/showing them how to do something and telling them to suck eggs / holding their hand too much. What you ask for I'm afraid is just that. To your questions quickly: No bomb set is crafted. The sets are suggested in the video. Skills I've mentioned above and in the video with suggestions. I mention what race is best (dark elf or khjiit) which is for all classes. Passives get them all - this is a given. Weight is irrelevant due to needing those specific sets and medium and light yield similar damage. On a final note, the video clearly states it is a what is bomb? Showing what it is and all things to know. What you ask for regarding this has been done and covered in previous videos I have made. This video was about giving enough to let people know what bombing is and how it works/to do it and then for them to decide to investigate further.

What is a good monster/mythic set to run with plaugebreak bomb? Blood spawn, balorgh, slimeclaw?
Balorgh is the go to almost 100% of the time.
Or prior thierric, but that is more of a nuanced set to use. Balorgh is the blanket monster set to use that can work for any bomb.
This is my first time using a bomb build. How do you usually recover Ultimate quickly between each bomb?
Combat frenzy gives 20 ult a kill. You can also use vampire drain - exhilarating drain which gives 5 ult a second. Use a decisive weapon to help too.

It does but isn't worth it as you crit from stealth and procs can also crit now
So so with the melee bomb blade what dual wield do I use and traits also is it all light armor or do you mix it up?
You typically want divines on body. Main hand nirnhoned and off hand sharpened. A mix doesn't hurt. If you lack pen light armour.

Melee weapons have higher base weapon and spell damage and so this is mainly why. The passives also end up being more useful (pen).

i dont do cyrodill as much as i used to becuase of the bombing meta i wish zos would nerf bombing sets plaguebreak and dark convergence more.
