What's resolution? Screen looks a little small, I don't think it's 1080p. But very playable performance. Congrats. I have several PC, my oldest : i7 3930K 32Gb RAM, x4 7970 Lightning. Fallout 4 only can use 2 of my 7970 Lightning. without mods I have 75-90fps outside, 120-150dps inside , Ultra settings. City 25fps in most demanding area and average 45fps in city. Now I have 120mods installed, my FPS outside is 45-65dps, 35dps in city. I have a lot of graphic mods installed with many grass everwhere and trees (Regrowth and natural grass mix + Resmod). Now the problem was RAM. I have used 16GB 2400Mhz but it wasn't enough. I'm surprised that 8Gb is fine for you.. or maybe not. When I played with 16GB RAM usage was about 9GB, game was a little laggy . . I installed 32GB, suddenly game is using 11-16GB ! ! WOW. Clearly if you want install mods or for overall you need 6cores or more CPU, 16GB as minimum , 32 or 64GB are best solution. 4 core CPU and 6/8 core is a major performance difference ! Fallout 4 is heavely multi-threaded game
