I have a Galaxy A20s and the people I call say they don't hear me well, however with the hands free placed they hear me well. I have tried cleaning the microphone and doing factory reset but the same situation continues. Any recommendation?

I have an A 10S and love it but plan on buying my husband an A20S so thank you for the information my phone does a lot of the same things but his hands are big so the A20S is perfect so again thank you.
My wife bought me the A20S for Christmas. I was hoping for more info for the non-techie type in this video. Like special features, how to switch between camera lenses, groovy things etc. For example, my wife has the A20 and when you ant to take a selfie you hold your hand up and a square appears, you take your hand away and 2 seconds later the camera takes a picture. We learned this from a video here. Things like that are what I'm looking for. Good job though. At least your English is perfect and slow, not like so many reviewers who either have hard to understand accents or speak like auctioneers.

I've had my Samsung A20s for almost a year now and I love it. The only thing I dont like is that i can't put my apps on my sd card. I got my Grandson a Samsung A20 and you can add apps to the sd card on his phone. I will check on this the next Samsung phone I buy.

And mine has like 2 front facing camera
The other looks like a grey spot
But when you look closely it looks like another camera
And from afar its invisible
THAT'S A SAMSUNG A20s clone!!! ouch.

I reacently got one i like it but theinternet doesnr work well on it for some reason
The main points are the camera is absolutely awful and wouldn't compete with a 10yr old galaxy, the battery is poor and the performance is slow.
This is the first phone I've owned in about 15 years that i regret buying.
If u hold the main screen down does it give u option to change themes for screen

Highly recommend getting this! I have it, I love it. It has good speakers, good battery, decent screen and overall a good phone! On TH-cam you can only do 720p tho. And it doesn't run fortnite. Very good phone I love it, I never had a flagship phone but to me this feels like one!!!❤
I bought A20s for my mom yesterday... it's a great phone .. camera is not special but good enough . . yea video is shaky but quality is good ...and the only downgrade side is the display...it has larger display but lower resolution...which makes the camera worse although it takes decent photos...you can check photos by transferring into other phone... other than that it's a great phone in this range with brand value as well

Isnt a20 a better deal? Its cheaper and has an amoled display. Not to mention a better processor aswell.

Just bought this for our kids as upgrade from s5neo. TH-cam has been buffering all day. Internet speed is max 39mbps when our s8 is getting 80mbps. They love the screen but if it can't even handle TH-cam I am thinking we should return them. Thoughts?
