Just perfect vocals...pitch, tone, emotion, breath control... Wonderful performance... In Collabro, the first time you all auditioned...I found your voice stood out, was profound, beautiful...I'm a fan
Looked you up after a BGT publish of you with the group. You are a huge loss to them as I then watched their AGT singing, misses the fullness with your help. Really enjoying listening to your singing here! You are crazy good ! Thank you for continuing to make your voice heard !
Now you did it Richard...with the complicated relationship between my father and I your song struck a nerve im very emotional 😢 but, I needed that so thank you Richard!
Richard , you have done it again! Outstanding performance. Many thanks for your carefully considered and heartfelt thoughts on the lyrics. I find myself waiting each week for Wednesday with Richard. Stay well.
Your talent takes every song you sing to the next level. Even a lovely song like this becomes gorgeous because of your vibrato and your dynamics. 💖 This song had me questioning not only my parents to me but me as a parent to my children. I hope I have supported them in their life choices. 💖 I found myself trying to think of songs I like the lyric of, but dislike the current recording of, to ask you to do - more of an experiment to find out how you'd improve it; but that's not fair to you. I'm just grateful for every song you sing! 💖
This is one of my favorite solo performances you’ve done. Your interpretation was very emotional and nuanced, and your comment at the end that you love your father explains the heart-felt shading you brought to this performance. Thank you
I’d love to hear Song to the Seals. It’s usually a soprano but would sound great with a Tenor voice. Sang it myself in St. Ives, Cornwall because it fit with the venue!
That song hit a nerve with me. I have three sons and I taught them to be men that work hard for their family every day they can. be polite, shake hands, never hit a woman, be good with a wrench, and how to build things with wood. I did my best raising my sons. 20 years ago they all got married within the same year. All three wives became very good friends. My wife is a person that never pulls her punches, she will be brutally honest. The three girls my sons married do not like my wife. Somehow they brainwashed my sons to hate their parents. I have not heard from my sons for about 18 years now. They don't call for Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, not a word. I love my sons, I think I taught them how to be too independent. I'm sorry I wrote such a long comment, This is the only way I can keep them in my heart. Here is a song for you to sing. Smoke Gets In My Eyes by the Platters. Thank You, Dave Pokorny
