No it's not. You have the three regions, WCS Europe, Korea and US. The winners of each region (top 5, 5 and 6 respectively) will play in the WCS finals. They are not region locked except that the players will have to continue to play for that region, for the whole year.
thats a good response but dont agree with the logic there. WCS is more in the framework of football/soccer qualifications leading to a world cup similar to blizzon, but does wimbledon points lead to a bigger tourney or qualification?
