  • I put my slyde king flashlight in my glove box to use it and forgot about it. Then I took it out to use it again and the front of the flash light had come apart. I was wondering how the front was put together when I got it but since I never tried to take it apart, this video is to show you what's inside since mine fell apart in my glove box and how it goes back together. I didn't want to try to take out the circuit since mine still works and I also didn't want to break it, so this me putting it back together here.
I'm also still testing my activeon camera to make videos, so that's why you see the time stamp on these videos. The camera is making that weird noise you hear so I'm not sure what the heck is going on with that when I use it.

Finally figured out how to completely disassemble, under the led is another silver 'nut', use a 8mm spanner and put the open end in and a rod, turned to loosen and it came out.
Under is a bushing housing for both boards, charging and switch. Didn't remove everything yet, did it at work, but I have to replace my switch.

Thanks. I haven't needed to take mine apart but that helps.

I have an original first Gen Nebo Slyde King, I dropped mine and now it only works plugged in to the USB charger. I have a new battery fully charged and it still won't work unless it is plugged in. Does anyone know how to fully disassemble one? I want to see if something inside got knocked out of place.

I have completely broke this flashlight down. I have taken the insides all the way out.

Any idea how to remove the charge port rubber and replace it? Mines broke off.

Sorry no. I think you need to get inside of the guts for that one. I haven't been able to do that yet since mine still works. Unless yours is around water or a lot of dust, I think you'll be okay without it. Not to mention I'm not sure if you can get any replacements. I actually find that it gets in the way when I'm trying to charge it, but it still works.

@@myshots101 Hmm, alright,i might try and just make one just to keep anything out of the port. I emailed sales, hopefully they can give me some kind of solution.
