I didn't learn until the transmission service was done that I was the third owner of the car. Initially it had been a rental in Florida, then someone bought it at 32,000 miles, and it was repossessed by the bank after that. I'm assuming the car had been ridden very hard as a rental and the 8 speed transmission had been thrashed. It was covered under warranty, minus a $500 'deductible.'

The suburban was probably showing such low fuel mileage because the tank had just been filled and it probably automatically resets when you fill the tank.
The GX 470 Lexus to be honest will probably sell for a lot of money those things hold their value like crazy for good reason they are extremely reliable and they will go absolutely anywhere I had it 04LX which is basically a land cruiser it had 340,000 miles on it and I took it wheeling every weekend and it was my daily driver drove it for two years and never had an issue you cannot beat those things
Randy you’re missing out on the Mercedes CLS 53 I watch all your walk arounds and we haven’t looked at that one. But you talk about turbo lag in your videos. The Mercedes has a mild hybrid system to minimize turbo lag and it’s a beast to drive in sport plus. Next time if it’s still there give it a spin on the track you will not be disappointed!

finally bit black GX is all tundra and even better that 2020 rover with 80k on it the GX timing belt and water pump change usual engine flush. Any maintenance is pretty much done and that one had a really good facts for your room set up.

In the neighborhood from my house to my work is like two blocks and it only averages like 12 miles to the gallon when I’m on the highway or driving you know it’s a 20 or 30 miles I get 15 to 18 miles to the gallon in mine Silverado you can look up the average best fuel economy and it’ll tell you what it’s done I just gotta go through the cluster so don’t act like it only gets 11 miles to the gallon and I’m saying but keep up the good work man I love your videos
He was beating on it too and I’m saying if you drive it normal that thing right there probably gets 16 miles to the gallon in town. Can’t beat on a car and expect it to still get you know 20 miles to the gallon.

my 97 blazer 4x4 with a 4.3 only gets roughly 15 mpg so that suburban isnt that much worse for such a bigger suv
