Kristel effective ang mag steam breathing ka. Since Im working in BPO na sobrang lamig magkakasipon ka talaga. Mabilis lalambot ang septum sa ulo at ilong mo if mag steam breathing ka. Proven and tested ko na un. Instruction: 1. Boil water. Put it in bowl after. 2. Get a towel, then like panaklob use it while facing and inhaling the steam from the bowl. 3. Take a break from the steam depends sa kaya mo. Make sure you inhale exhale sa steam. Just normal breathing. Bukod sa vitamin C. Have enough sleep!! Iwas muna sa sweets. Then eat masasabaw na mainit na food. Ung steam breathing na ibang style ay tulad ng hotjacuzzi and hot bath.
I'm currently studying Hangul , mahirap na madali na nakakalito . Kaya sobra mo kong napapahanga ms. kristel . Sana pag makapasa ako sa exam at matuloy na makapag trabaho jan sa korea sana nanjan kapa at makita kita . Inspirasyon kita ngayon sa pag aaral ko ❤️
