So far Cameroon has been introduced in the manga, and in the game Gauken Hetalia, Kenya, Uganda, Zibabwae, Botswana, Ghana, Cabinda, Guinea-Bissau, Congo, Sahara, and Ethiopia appear as her classmates. If you want to go into detail, Cuba also somewhat counts due to the fact that Spain colonized Cuba and bought African slaves over to the island. Also, a recent comic strip featured a girl that may represent Madagascar (My grandpa's from there!), and there's a rumor going around that there's a discarded sketch of South Africa... also Lybia was planned for the game as well... I think that quite does it for African characters... :)
