I totally agree that they are better performers today than they were back then. They are more experienced now, more mature, more confident, have more control over which direction they want to go musically & have a better ability to appreciate what they have without all the insanity from back then which comes through onstage. They feel it so the fans also feel it.
i like that it was MUSIC that drove them back together. i like that they're serious about their craft, and the songs are actually really current, fresh, and just right!

back in those days, the new kdis didnt need flashy stages and lights. They were good enough performers and could excite the crowd all by themselves. Now, due to modern socieites shallowness, they are kinda forced to have background dancers and plenty of lights etc. Cos if they dont, they will be deemed as cheap. Glad they are back thoguh.
