Hi, I'm Somrat Dutta, a Bachelor of Engineering in Economics and Computer Science from BITS Pilani, a full-time software developer at a top MNC, and someone who has paid his own college fees. I like dual degree but the main problem is the fees with dual degree 5year course would be around 37Lakhs

2. What are Advantages & Disadvantages of dual degree Title could be (Dual Degree vs Single Degree (I know you have made multiple videos ... but you could sum it all up in one video Fee structure , Changing of branch after first year & Cutoff based on cgpa , Placements difference between msc + cse & just cse student.
*Now coming to my story* :- (My Questions) Please Answer them .. im in lot of dilemma
I scored around 200 in my bits first attempt & i havent given up yet , im preparing for the attempt 2 .. Lets say i dont get ece and cse branches but i get around 240 or 245 marks .. so then should i be opting for ENI , EEE , Mechanical or something related to that or should opt for dual degree of MSC eco & take a chance to get cse after my first year. The main problem is parents are saying you are going to bits only if i get cse / ece (Single Degree) otherwise Im going to PES (cse aiml) .. How do i convice them that bits is a great college & doing eni / msc eco could give me great opputunities

Bhaiya is upgradation of branch still there in bits btech if scored good cgpa
yes it is there, but dont go with a hope that you can change the branch, cause it requires a CGPA of 9.9 or for a safe side, a perfect 10 CGPA

Brother ,you're always saying branch change process ,fordual degree students, then what about BE students to change there branch to BE cs,is there any chance? if it is yes ,then it is possible or not for an average student
It is possible but requires a very high cg in first year( high as in 9.5+)
It's almost impossible as it requires you to get a very high cg
Also, there should be a seat vacant in your preferred branch.

Bhai i am a big fan of your work had a doubt i scored 296 in session 1 i am thinking to keep msc economics in Pilani over EEE as i want to get into the finance sector and as the finance minor seats are very limited do you think it is a good decision? @@Pulkit_11simple shabdhon mai kahu toh: mat le. Pharma is not worth 30lakhs, instead try to save money for ur for masters and do it from some other college, pharma ka scope India mai na ke barabar hai. Mai khud sochra hu 230 pe civil lu ya nahi log yaha 30lakh ka pharma le rahe hai 🥲
